Bruce was attractive-both physically, of course, but also emotionally, especially considering he'd waited for an outright invitation before even seeming to think about the fact that he'd have this opportunity.

Without waiting for much in the way of further discussion, Josephine moved into her home, giving Bruce the opportunity to either follow or simply shut the door and be on his own way. She'd much prefer the former, but if he ended up with the latter, she certainly wouldn't fault him-and would probably even end up inviting him in again at a later date when she wasn't quite so vulnerable.
